As a continuation of the initial T-BOW® Fit-Sports Training course, this course delves into the specifics of training with T-BOW® in combination with various training materials, such as T-Bands, dumbbells, kettlebells, weight plates, barbells, medicine balls, a Russian belt, and the T-Box®. The course covers the design and planning of fitness-health sessions, fitness and high-performance sports sessions, postural sessions, and supportive recovery sessions.

T-BOW® Yoga | Initial
The philosophy of Yoga with a T-BOW® focuses on offering unique T-BOW® resources to facilitate, enrich, and expand postures and sequences of all types of Yoga, adopting a holistic perspective of postural optimization. Yoga sessions are offered in which all postures are performed with the T-BOW®, as well as others that combine postures with and without the T-BOW®, selecting the best of different Yoga styles.

You'll learn a holistic group fitness workout lesson with music.
The 60-minute lesson is a physiotherapy-supported full-body workout that brings endurance combined with balance/coordination, strength combined with balance, and thus especially the deep stabilizing muscles to a higher fitness level. This strengthens the health of the back and all the joints in the body. The lesson can be easily adapted to different levels and contains everything necessary to stay strong and optimize global health.

The specific exercises performed to strengthen the core muscles, especially the deep postural and stabilizing muscles, are uniquely optimized with the T-BOW®, thanks to its anatomical curvature that supports the lumbar spine in its natural lordosis, its great stability, and its high reactivity, providing very fine postural adjustments. The Pilates exercise repertoire is extraordinarily expanded with the T-BOW®, allowing the difficulty and objectives of the exercises to be modified with the variety of positions on the T-BOW®.

International T-BOW® Switzerland
Professor of physiotherapy and fitness-health master's degree at the University of Zurich (Switzerland), inventor of T-BOW® in 1995 and international director of T-BOW® training, she has designed a series of basic courses for training with T-BOW®, supervises all training programs with T-BOW® and coordinates the teachers of T-Bow Fit International in the design of advanced training with the support of the ASVZ Academic Sports Association Zurich team and the Institute of Movement and Sports Sciences of the University of Zurich (Switzerland).

T-BOW® training courses are available at the University of Zurich (Switzerland), with Sandra Bonacina and her team of instructors from the ASVZ Academic Sports Association Zurich. We offer a variety of basic courses as well as fully customized programs.
In addition, educations are offered with the participation of instructors from the Swiss T-BOW® Team and the T-BOW® Fit International Team, such as the T-BOW® Yoga courses, which began in 2018.
