PILATES POSTURE CORRECTION with the T-BOW®

The T-BOW® supports the lumbar spine in the natural lordosis, so that the abdominals can be fully and healthily activated in the anatomical posture. The T-BOW® also allows the hip and belly to be supported higher than the flat ground, thus facilitating the range of movement of the trunk.

 

The specific exercises carried out to strengthen the muscles of the middle or core area (front, lateral and posterior musculature), especially the deep postural and stabilizing muscles, are improved to the highest level with the T-BOW®, thanks to its anatomical curvature, its great stability and high reactivity providing very fine adjustments to the posture and the smallest movements, also when motor integration of the whole body is required.

 

The Pilates exercise repertoire is greatly expanded by the use of the T-BOW® combined with the T-Bands.
