POSTURAL T-BOW®
The philosophy of Postural Development with T-BOW® is to provide a unique selection of techniques that facilitate and enrich posture and movement sequences in daily life and sports, all from a holistic perspective of personalized optimization.
The foundation of these exercises lies in the research Sandra Bonacina has conducted with the T-BOW® at the University of Zurich (Switzerland) since 1995, with a focus on movement physiotherapy. This repertoire is further enriched by fusing the ancient wisdom of Yoga with techniques from artistic and rhythmic gymnastics, dance, circus arts, and other sports disciplines. All of this is articulated through the movement education and postural training resources proposed by Master Francisco Seirul·lo Vargas.
We pay special attention to individuals with basic levels of balance, strength and mobility, allowing them to evolve their posture with confidence. To ensure safety—especially during inverted postures—we apply proven methodologies from artistic gymnastics. We also prioritize the optimization of breathing, relaxation and body perception, fostering self-control and reflection. The ultimate goal is to achieve greater self-knowledge, well-being, and creativity through overcoming each postural challenge.
These options are part of a more comprehensive approach that includes training with and without the T-BOW®.
