POSTURAL T-BOW®
The philosophy of Postural development with T-BOW® is to provide a selection of distinctive T-BOW® resources to facilitate, enrich and expand the postures and postural sequences of daily life and sports activities, based on a holistic perspective of personalized postural optimization.
The basis of the exercises arises from the proposals that Sandra Bonacina has designed with T-BOW®, researching the needs of movement physiotherapy at the University of Zurich (Switzerland) since 1994. This repertoire of exercises is combined with postures from yoga, artistic gymnastics, physical education and various sports, applying the postural education and training resources proposed by professor Francisco Seirul·lo Vargas to achieve extraordinarily holistic postural optimization.
Special attention is paid to ensuring that people with very basic levels of balance, strength and mobility can progress in their postural optimization with confidence and satisfaction. Methodologies proven by artistic gymnastics coaches are applied to provide confidence to the practitioner, especially in inverted postures. Resources are carefully considered to optimize breathing, relaxation and perception, with an emphasis on self-control, self-assessment and reflection to optimize self-knowledge and awareness, thus enabling the highest levels of well-being, creativity and satisfaction in your own postural challenges.
