The T-Bow® is a frequently utilized tool within coach Steve's (FlipFit UK) effective and creative outdoor training sessions, as shown in this example.





The T-Bow®'s curved design, adapted to the natural lumbar lordosis of the spine, combined with its high reactivity for fine postural adjustments, creates a unique situation for sit-ups and ball throws, applicable from gentle fitness and therapy to high-intensity performance training.




  • Consider combining a set of throws with back extensions and back extensions with rotation on the T-Bow®.
