T-BOW® training combines endurance, strength, flexibility and balance coordination, achieving the best possible deep stabilization of the back, ankle/knee, and hip joints. The exercises challenge every muscle down to its deepest fiber. T-BOW® training is physiotherapy-approved, fun, and keeps you fit and healthy.

Training effects with the T-BOW®
The T-BOW® arched shape is adapted to the physiology of the lumbar spine. This increases the range of motion and provides a more intensive workout for the core muscles.
The multifunctional training and therapy arch can be used as a step, swing, stable and moving, thus increasing the variety of movements for healthy fitness.
T-Bands, a triple-strength band set, special grip-shift dumbbells, or several small dumbbells allow everyone to quickly and individually adjust and increase their strength. Beginners and professional athletes can train in parallel.
The T-BOW® offers a unique combination of endurance, strength, and balance training. This enables intensive, deep stabilization training for a strong, healthy body, stable joints, and a pain-free back.
