Balloon and T-BOW® Balance
by Adrienn Banhegyi @adriennbanhegyi_official and Marcelo Lasso @marcelolass13
An example using a balloon on the unstable T-BOW® involves very precise balance of each leg independently, combined with very fine dynamic relaxation of the upper body while hitting the balloon with different body parts and adapting to its variability.
These experiences are relevant for movement education in children, but they also remain important throughout life for continuous holistic optimization, providing extra health benefits.
The T-BOW®'s unique imbalance axis, light weight, and high reactivity make balance exercises accessible to a wide range of individuals.
Utilize the T-BOW® 's balancing possibilities on barefoot, with sport shoes, or in socks (on the wooden version), using both its concave and convex surfaces to create a variety of foot positions. Combine this with balloons and different balls, and apply coordination abilities related to movement control, spatial implementation, and rhythm for a fully enriching experience.

The last example shows a ball on the T-BOW® to challenge very precisely the balance of your feet.

The T-BOW® is ideal for movement education and sports initiation by creating balance and re-balance scenarios. It facilitates swings, jumps, and turns using different body parts and postures, static and dynamic balances on concave and convex surfaces, and coordination tasks like passing, throwing, catching, dribbling, striking, object manipulation, and T-Band actions. Movement control, spatial awareness, and rhythm, interacting with other perception skills and other abilities can be significantly optimized with the T-BOW®.
