What makes Back Rolling on the Wood T-BOW® Special?

a) Arc Curve: 45° mid-range of the anatomical-structural curve of the natural lumbar lordosis.

    Unique in the international market!!

During the entire time that the lumbar spine is in contact with the T-BOW®, it maintains its natural anatomical-structural lordosis in a stable and precise manner.

b) Wood Arch and Special Mat: Comfortable with high reactivity for precise and quick tactile sensitivity.

   Fine postural adjustments!!

Prevents the spine from sinking and partially blocked vertebrae receive sensitive mobilizing pressure to promote anatomical-structural lordosis!!

c) Attractive Design: A pleasing and motivating device with enhanced Swiss quality!

TIPS:

  • From a coordination perspective, holding the ball between the legs or using elastic bands are intersegmental differentiation tasks that are optimized if there is sufficient variety and frequent changes.

This would be a criterion for enhancing back rolling in the T-BOW®.

It would also enhance core training, specifically the anti-extension option.

The elastic band option has more possibilities for unilateral skills, thus asymmetrically control of the posture will be required.

* See the attached documents for different optimization alternatives proposed with a holistic approach.

  • The sides of the T-BOW® allow for easy grip, which will allow for fixing, pushing-pulling, to provide stability to the shoulder girdle while rolling on the back at different speeds.

This is especially helpful for people with little knowledge of their body schema, both globally and segmentary.

  • The lumbar spine does not sink when you execute exercises on a T-BOW®. It is stabilised so that other parts of the body can move with safety!!

T-BOW® Arch Adapted to the Spine's Natural Anatomical Lumbar Lordosis

a. Lying backwards on the T-BOW® prevents the spine from sinking and partially blocked vertebrae receive mobilizing pressure to promote anatomical lumbar lordosis.

b. The T-BOW® allows for strengthening the abs maintaining a stable anatomical-structural lumbar lordosis and through a greater range of motion than a flat surface.

c. Therapeutic segmental strengthening by lifting individual vertebrae in sections while lying prone, sideways or supine

d. Facilitator for increasing healthy limits of spinal mobility.

Fine Postural Adjustment

The T-BOW®'s curved design, reactivity, lightweight, and single axis of instability promote very quick and precise postural and coordinative adjustments.

* On concavity, convexity and narrow edges.

* In stable and unstable situations.

* Barefoot and with sport shoes; and with socks on the wooden version.

* Enhanced tactile sensitivity on the concavity of the Wood T-BOW®

*   Deep joint stabilization & healthy back.

*   Coordination and Balance applicable in therapy and to daily and sport activities, for all ages and levels.
