Margarita Maina T-BOW® Experience at Zurich University, Switzerland, 10-11 Oct 2026

Margarita Maina · Zúrich University, Switzerland · Grateful 🤍🤍

Some experiences fill us with knowledge, inspiration, and profound gratitude. For us, the gathering at the University of Zurich was one of those. ✨ It was a special joy to be alongside the creator of T-BOW®, @Sandra Bonacina—part of the Spanish scientific team— and my exceptional teacher, Varvara Solomonidou, to learn, exchange ideas, and share our love for gymnastics with people who have dedicated so much to it. I truly value the knowledge, as well as the warmth, the smiles, and the generosity with which they shared their expertise with us. A special thank you to my teacher for the inspiration and for everything she continues to offer. We returned home filled with wonderful memories, fresh ideas, and an even greater desire to pass on what we have learned to the people at our gym. Because, no matter how many years we spend teaching, the joy of remaining a student is invaluable. 🤍
