Building on the work of Sandra Bonacina and Viktor Denoth (Swiss Inventors), Santi Antúnez‑Llimona and David Ribera‑Nebot developed an optimized version of the original 1995 wooden T‑BOW®.

The development philosophy of Yoga with T-BOW® is to provide a selection of differential resources of T-BOW® to facilitate, enrich and expand the postures and postural chains of Yoga from a holistic perspective.

Sandra Bonacina started the T-BOW® group fitness combining endurance, strength, flexibility and balance coordination, achieving the best possible deep stabilization of the back, ankle/knee, and hip joints. T-BOW® training is physiotherapy-approved, fun, and keeps you fit and healthy.

In 1994 in Schlieren, Switzerland, Viktor Denoth found curved plywood used for overhangs; he and Sandra Bonacina calculated an optimal radius from lumbar lordosis studies and soon built the first multifunctional training bow, the first wood T-BOW®.
