Group Fitness Classes with T-BOW® Start at ASVZ

In October 2005, at ASVZ (Academic Sports Association Zurich), Sandra Bonacina introduced T‑BOW® group fitness, combining endurance, strength, flexibility and balance/coordination to optimize deep stabilization of the spine, ankle, knee and hip. The exercises challenge every muscle down to its deepest fiber. T‑BOW® is physiotherapy‑approved, enjoyable, and promotes fitness and health.




Since 2005, these T-BOW® group fitness classes with music are in high demand at the ASVZ and always fill up with 40-50 participants. They are led by two teachers, one in a central position and the other circulating around the room to guide each participant.
