About the Course
The development philosophy of Yoga with T-BOW® is to provide a selection of differential T-BOW® resources to facilitate, enrich and expand the postures and postural sequences of all types of Yoga from a holistic perspective of optimization of the person who allows personalized postural education.
Yoga sessions are proposed where all postures are performed with T-BOW®, others where postures are combined without and with T-BOW®, others without T-BOW® in any situation and selecting the best of any style of Yoga.
This course has been held annually, since 2018, at the ASVZ Academic Sports Association of the University of Zurich (Switzerland).
Objective and applicability:
Learn postural optimization resources with the T-BOW® to facilitate, enrich and expand postures and postural sequences of Yoga, with applicability to all areas of Yoga practice, health and posture optimization.
Areas of application:
a) Postural health for daily life, work activity and re-education of postural problems (hygienic-re-education perspective),
b) Postural education that optimizes the person for life (educational perspective),
c) Posture of movement performance without injury, posture of expressive movement performance and a posture of personal aesthetics (expressive-creative perspective).
Contents:
- Fundamentals of holistic postural optimization.
- Differentiating characteristics of the T-BOW® for Yoga.
- T-BOW® Yoga Postures: Vertebral and Respiratory Preparations, Strength and Balance Postures, Strength and Balance Postures, Extensions, Flexions and Rotations, Standing Postures, Inverted Postures, Postures in Pairs and Postural Sequences-Chainings.
- 1st-level postural optimization resources for T-BOW® Yoga: Coordination, Static-Dynamic Balance, Static-Dynamic Relaxation and Rhythm.
- YOGA T-BOW® practical sessions.
- Tips for designing Yoga T-BOW® session structures.

Certification:
International certificate of participation in the T-BOW® YOGA Course (1st level);
accredited by Sandra Bonacina (International Director of T-BOW® Education) and by the course teachers.

Xavier García-Navarro is a Yoga and Martial Arts teacher at Escola Ganesh, he created T-BOW® Yoga in 2009 and is the coordinator of the T-BOW® Yoga courses that they are developed in collaboration with teachers from T-BOW® Fit International and Sandra Bonacina (inventor of the T-BOW® and professor of physiotherapy and fitness at the University of Zurich, Switzerland).
