About the Course
This basic introductory course is considered a first practical introduction to the T-BOW®, and is recommended before taking any other course.
Objective and Applicability:
To learn and practically experience a repertoire of basic T-BOW® exercises applicable to fitness and health training, motor performance, physical therapy, healthy back and neck, yoga, physical education, Pilates and postural correction, and health gymnastics for adults and seniors.
Content:
The T-BOW®'s multifunctionality for training strength, endurance, flexibility, relaxation, balance, and coordination, including the use of T-Bands; as well as specialized content for back strengthening, spinal mobility, and joint stability.
Aimed at:
Experts in fitness, health, motor education, sports performance, yoga, motor physiotherapy, and Pilates and postural correction.
